Welcome to Beauty Concept. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by our salon, including laser hair removal, waxing, tint & eyelash lift, facials, and massages.

Our Terms & Conditions are designed to govern the activities of our website visitors and establish the relationship between our clients and our business. We understand that the nature of our beauty services and courses requires specific terms, including commercial agreements, intellectual property rights, and customer responsibilities.

2. Scope of Terms Our Terms & Conditions cover important aspects such as:

  • Eligibility to use our website and account creation requirements.

  • Commercial terms for our services and courses.

  • Retention of the right to modify our offerings.

  • Warranties and responsibilities for our treatments and courses.

  • Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights, and logos.

  • Right to suspend or cancel member accounts.

  • Modification of terms and dispute resolution.

3. Appointments

  • All appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or in person.

  • A deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or rescheduling, subject to availability.

  • Clients must inform us of any changes or cancellations at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in paying a 50% fee of the total appointment amount. Less than 12 hours will result in paying the full amount of the scheduled service.

4. Payments

  • All treatments must be paid in full upon completion.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds on completed treatments.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless the salon cancels the appointment.

6. Health and Safety

  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or recent treatments that may affect their suitability for services. This includes pregnancy, skin conditions, or ongoing medication.

  • For laser hair removal, eyebrow tint, eyelash and eyelash lift, a patch test is required 48 hours before the first treatment.

  • The salon reserves the right to refuse service if we believe the treatment may pose a health risk.

7. Age Restrictions

  • Clients must be 18 years or older for laser hair removal services.

  • Clients under 16 years old must have parental consent for certain treatments, such as waxing or tinting.

8. Conduct

  • We aim to provide a relaxing and professional environment. Any inappropriate behavior towards staff or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.

9. Liability

  • Beauty Concept is not liable for any adverse reactions caused by failure to disclose relevant health information.

  • While we strive for the highest standards, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings while on the premises.

10. Promotions and Packages

  • Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

  • Packages or prepaid sessions are non-transferable and must be used within the specified validity period.

11. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Information provided during bookings or consultations will only be used to deliver our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

  • In the event of a dispute, we encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve the issue amicably. If necessary, disputes will be resolved in accordance with the governing laws of the United Kingdom.
